RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE – OUR STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Free Irish Returns (excludes earrings, made to measure orders and sale-only orders). Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving them. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (eg. pierced products such as earrings).

During busy periods, please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it is received into our shop. An Post is a tracked returns service, so please keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Aine reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. We no longer offer exchanges for items purchased online. You may cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by emailing info@aine.ie or by phoning Teresa on 00 353 (0) 61 354708.

For cancelled orders we will refund you in full, including our standard delivery charge (faster delivery charges are non-refundable).

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to Aine, unless your order was eligible for a free return. Made to order items are not eligible for refund.

All refunds and exchanges require you to provide a valid receipt for the items being returned. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached.
